Elizabeth (Lisa) Borne

Elizabeth “Lisa” Borne is the managing partner of Tabary & Borne, LLC.  She is an experienced litigator in the areas of insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, and commercial litigation.  Lisa’s insurance experience includes first and third-party disputes, including claims for property damage, business interruption, and bodily injury.  She has also defended individual healthcare professionals and hospitals. In addition to commercial clients, Lisa also represents individuals in matters involving domestic disputes, community property partitions, and personal injury claims.

Lisa received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2006. While at St. Thomas, she participated in Moot Court and was an Executive Member of the Board of Advocates. Lisa was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 2006.
